Client Agreement & Liability Waiver

I understand that hair services involve chemical processes and results may vary based on my hair history, condition, and honesty during consultation. I agree to disclose all prior chemical treatments, including box color, lightening, or corrective work.

I acknowledge that services such as lightening, color, and chemical treatments carry inherent risks, including but not limited to dryness, breakage, or unexpected results. I understand that outcomes cannot be guaranteed.

I understand that I am entering a working salon environment. I agree to use reasonable care while on the premises.

I understand that I am fully responsible for the supervision and safety of any child accompanying me. Solace & Pine is not liable for injuries resulting from lack of supervision.

Solace & Pine is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged personal belongings brought into the salon.

I agree to take responsibility for any damage caused by myself or individuals in my care to salon property, equipment, or furnishings.

All sales are final. By providing payment, I agree not to initiate a chargeback without first contacting Solace & Pine to resolve the matter. I understand that fraudulent or unjustified chargebacks may result in refusal of future services and collection efforts if necessary.

I understand and agree to the cancellation and no-show policies, including any applicable fees.

Guests may choose whether to give permission for their hair to be photographed for portfolio and marketing purposes. Your preference is honored — always.

By booking and completing the client agreement form at the time of your appointment, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to all policies and terms outlined above.
